We're back (finally)

Poor neglected blog. It's been awhile but I have some good news to report: finally, we are up and running and, though there were some initial hiccups and discoveries we had not anticipated, we are officially running on the new ERP system. The annual pain-in-the-bum inventory is done and overwith, too. And, as is always my concern, what does this mean to you, our beloved customer? It means we will be operating more efficiently; we can quickly assist your telephone inquiries; and all of this means we can put more effort towards other activities like redesigning current products, dreaming up new ones and I can finally start working on getting Sturgis a new website. Thank you all for your patience over the last few weeks while we were shut down for inventory and we were getting our bearings for the first two weeks. More (regular) posts to come......
